Kakimoto Racing, also written as Kakimoto Kai, is a famous Japanese performance exhaust manufacturer. They’re best known for JDM exhaust systems, especially for Nissans, Toyotas, Hondas, Subarus, Mazdas, Mitsubishis, Suzukis and Daihatsus.
The company began in 1975, originally connected with street tuning and racing activity. Kakimoto’s history says the founder was a race driver and tuner who broke Suzuka Circuit records and became well known for L-series engine tuning.

A+ in every category just great all round. The only dissatisfied person is my wife as she thinks I love the car more than her!( to be fair it's a tough decision). They even shipped the car to me in Kent.
Just over a week now and I'm still pinching myself. Just look at it! Baz has the patience of a saint and couldn't have been more helpful whilst trying to find the perfect car. I've imported 3 cars with BHP Cars now and every time they are in fantastic condition. The team in Japan know their stuff when it comes to the cars and Andys service once the car lands in the UK is second to none. Your car will be ready for the UK roads without having to worry about anything else (e.g undersealing, servicing, clock changes). People worry about importing a car from another country but in my experience I've had less complications with the cars than the UK ones. When it comes to buying another car I'll be heading straight back to BHP cars.
Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They helped me locate my dream car at an affordable price in the auction and were there to answer all of my stupid questions throughout the entire process. All the paperwork was taken care of on my behalf so it was just a matter of being patient and waiting for my car to arrive. Now it is here I am over the moon and looking forward to bumping into Andy on the streets of North Shields.
