Unfortunately I wasn't aware of BHP Imports when I purchased my current car however after a few recent conversations with Andy I took advantage of the offer to have a comprehensive Japanese report produced. The report included history on all of the promised details along with photo's of the car going through the auction house, this will no doubt be an invaluable addition to the cars history and I'll have no hesitation whatsoever in using Andy and his team for my next JDM vehicle purchase, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I decided to use Andy @ BHP Imports to source me an R34 GTR on a reasonably 'strict' budget. Andy did not disappoint, i am now in possession of a VERY clean and well looked after R34 fresh off the boat. I have a few other Japanese cars on the 'to do' list so will definitely use again!

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They helped me locate my dream car at an affordable price in the auction and were there to answer all of my stupid questions throughout the entire process. Great price, very swift delivery from Japan and superb communication throughout. A massive thumbs up for a top quality company. CL7 Accord Euro R. Andy and Baz kept me well informed throughout the process. Yes its a chore waiting, but unavoidable if you choose this route. It is worth it though. I got pretty much everything I asked for. This time last year it was going through the registration process, and the MOT is due in a couple of days. It sailed through today with no issues!!! Favourable comments received all around regarding the condition and cleanliness. 12 months on and I still very happy with the vehicle, and the service I received.

I've imported 3 cars with BHP Cars now and every time they are in fantastic condition. The team in Japan know their stuff when it comes to the cars and Andys service once the car lands in the UK is second to none. Your car will be ready for the UK roads without having to worry about anything else (e.g undersealing, servicing, clock changes). People worry about importing a car from another country but in my experience I've had less complications with the cars than the UK ones. When it comes to buying another car I'll be heading straight back to BHP cars.

Posted in a Facebook group that I was looking to buy some mugen pedals but couldn't actually find any. Baz messaged me and said he could import some from japan for me. I can only say that he did an absolutely amazing job. Got my original mugen pedals after very little time and the price was amazing too. I'm talking significantly lower than any shop online (and those couldn't actually get me a set), tracking code, good pictures of the pedals and everything provided within seconds. Baz is an absolute legend when it comes to customer support, this guy seriously understands what top notch customer service is. Whenever I had any questions or so he answered literally within seconds and always kept me up to date on my Pedals. One of the most hard working and honest guy that I have met in many many years. It doesn't get any better than this! Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to import a vehicle or looking to buy some rare japanese parts.
Top service from BHP Imports got my kakimoto regu 06&R exhaust for my DC5 love the system told me it was the best system out there for a honda if you don't want it too loud would highly recommend to get parts or cars from them I certainly will in the near future

I used bhp imports after a few friends recommended them. After the first coversation it was clear this was the company to use andy/ baz knowledge of jdm cars is unreal. I was after something for a dailly so we decided the accord cl7 euro r would be the best choice. After a few weeks i had already won my car and was informed at every step of the way. Had the car a few weeks and im not dissapointed. I would recommend any other company for importing a car. They were a pleasure to deal with start to finish.

The guys Andy and Baz have a lot of import knowledge and work so hard to deliver what the customer wants. They are always contactable to answer questions whether it be for parts or cars. I have purchased a lot of car parts through them over the last 8 months but yesterday i collected my 23k mile 1st gen Honda CRV time capsule from Andy in Newcastle. The thing is so clean and their effort to make sure it was the right car was huge. The car was prepped to the highest standard. Most importantly my family and I love it, no doubt it will be running for another 19 years.
Just over a week now and I'm still pinching myself. Just look at it! Baz has the patience of a saint and couldn't have been more helpful whilst trying to find the perfect car. Highly recommend Andy and Baz if you are looking to import a car from Japan or source parts. I began communicating with them last Summer to begin a search for an R34 GTR. Baz kept me updated daily with what was going through auctions each week sending me any cars that might fit the bill. I had a spec in mind and patience paid off as they were able to source me a Bayside Blue V Spec 2. This was despite me only expecting to find a base model within my budget. The car needed a little bit of work to get it up to a standard we were both happy with but this was no trouble for BHP. They went above and beyond and addressed everything I asked them to. Imported R34 GTR V-specII back early last year 2015. Visited other importers before settling on using BHPimports. The cost for doing the work involved to get the car from Japan was great and extremely clean and in great condition! Would use again which I exactly did the start of this year in the hunt for a Honda NSX! Andy found me the perfect one a manual red UK car, so two rare and perfect examples i have now recieved. Roll on the third rare car maybe a 1972 skyline GTR...
I've just purchased this Chaser from bhp imports. The purchase has been easy and hassle free, outstanding service and kept in contact throughout the whole process. They got the car painted and repaired any issues with the car mechanically. It's very clean and exactly as described if not better, I highly recommend them.
