Aragosta?s Type-SS series comprises their flagship collection of coilovers. The Type-SS coilovers are designed as a track-focused suspension, and subsequently are available with a range of customizable spring rate choices. The Type-SS includes many high tech features, including low-friction, WPC-treated inverted struts, height-adjustable Rana springs, Kashima-coated forged aluminum cylinders, specially formulated synthetic damper fluid and Aragosta?s unique low friction seals. Additionally, the Type-SS features remote reservoirs to mitigate damper oil heat soak, as well as 12-step compression and rebound adjustment knobs on each damper, as well as fixed camber pillowball upper mounts. Kashima Coat is a special, ultra-low friction anodizing process that infuses molybdenum alloy, providing better corrosion resistance and a smoother surface than standard anodized aluminum. Kashima Coat is especially effective for damper cartridges, as tiny oil molecules can stick to the surface causing it to become even slicker, thus allowing for even smoother operation. Dampers utilizing Kashima Coat are revered for their smoother feel and response over rough and bumpy surfaces both on and off the track.

We have a proud and ethical history of only ever selling authentic and genuine products from the top brands in Japan and Europe. We have never sold an illegal copy of any product. Our "#nofakeshit" Campaign encompasses not only the automotive market but also every market where original goods are produced and sold. Brands that invest heavily into new products for our cars do so in order to increase your automotive experience. Without these brands and their forward-thinking approach we'd simply have no performance parts to add to our cars.
Read MoreAndy and Baz have just sourced me a perfect Evo 7, in excellent condition and low miles. I'm over the moon with the car! During the car finding/buying process Andy and Baz where at the other end of the phone answering my questions and updating me on the process. Even now I've received my Evo they both help with my queries. Simply excellent and I do highly recommend them. Here's to more Japanese imported car ownership.
Unfortunately I wasn't aware of BHP Imports when I purchased my current car however after a few recent conversations with Andy I took advantage of the offer to have a comprehensive Japanese report produced. The report included history on all of the promised details along with photo's of the car going through the auction house, this will no doubt be an invaluable addition to the cars history and I'll have no hesitation whatsoever in using Andy and his team for my next JDM vehicle purchase, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
About 8months ago I bought a evo 5 from Andy and Baz and couldn't be any happier. They literally walked me through the whole process and answered every question I had obviously I'm not there only customer but they made all the time they could to make me feel at ease it's a massive thing buying something you have never seen in person but I feel 100 percent confident buying with them thanks again lads 100 percent recommend.
I've imported 3 cars with BHP Cars now and every time they are in fantastic condition. The team in Japan know their stuff when it comes to the cars and Andys service once the car lands in the UK is second to none. Your car will be ready for the UK roads without having to worry about anything else (e.g undersealing, servicing, clock changes). People worry about importing a car from another country but in my experience I've had less complications with the cars than the UK ones. When it comes to buying another car I'll be heading straight back to BHP cars.
