Aragosta?s Type-S series of dampers are designed with both comfortable street cruising, as well as track-use in mind. The Type-S includes many high tech features, including low-friction, WPC-treated inverted struts, height-adjustable Rana springs, Kashima-coated forged aluminum cylinders, specially formulated synthetic damper fluid and Aragosta?s unique low friction seals. Additionally, the Type-S features 12-step rebound adjustment knobs on the bottom of each damper, as well as pillowball upper mounts. Kashima Coat is a special, ultra-low friction anodizing process that infuses molybdenum alloy, providing better corrosion resistance and a smoother surface than standard anodized aluminum. Kashima Coat is especially effective for damper cartridges, as tiny oil molecules can stick to the surface causing it to become even slicker, thus allowing for even smoother operation. Dampers utilizing Kashima Coat are revered for their smoother feel and response over rough and bumpy surfaces both on and off the track.

Imported R34 GTR V-specII back early last year 2015. Visited other importers before settling on using BHPimports. The cost for doing the work involved to get the car from Japan was great and extremely clean and in great condition! Would use again which I exactly did the start of this year in the hunt for a Honda NSX! Andy found me the perfect one a manual red UK car, so two rare and perfect examples i have now recieved. Roll on the third rare car maybe a 1972 skyline GTR...
CL7 Accord Euro R. Andy and Baz kept me well informed throughout the process. Yes its a chore waiting, but unavoidable if you choose this route. It is worth it though. I got pretty much everything I asked for. This time last year it was going through the registration process, and the MOT is due in a couple of days. It sailed through today with no issues!!! Favourable comments received all around regarding the condition and cleanliness. 12 months on and I still very happy with the vehicle, and the service I received.
Couldn't recommend highly enough. super easy process. would think importing a car would be difficult but it really isn't. just be patient as it's coming a hell of a long way. absolutely love my new car, wouldn't hesitate to use again.
I've imported 3 cars with BHP Cars now and every time they are in fantastic condition. The team in Japan know their stuff when it comes to the cars and Andys service once the car lands in the UK is second to none. Your car will be ready for the UK roads without having to worry about anything else (e.g undersealing, servicing, clock changes). People worry about importing a car from another country but in my experience I've had less complications with the cars than the UK ones. When it comes to buying another car I'll be heading straight back to BHP cars.
