I imported a skyline through Andy @ BHP and found overall service to be effective and professional throughout. Answering any questions I had along the way. The guys Andy and Baz have a lot of import knowledge and work so hard to deliver what the customer wants. They are always contactable to answer questions whether it be for parts or cars. I have purchased a lot of car parts through them over the last 8 months but yesterday i collected my 23k mile 1st gen Honda CRV time capsule from Andy in Newcastle. The thing is so clean and their effort to make sure it was the right car was huge. The car was prepped to the highest standard. Most importantly my family and I love it, no doubt it will be running for another 19 years.
Unfortunately I wasn't aware of BHP Imports when I purchased my current car however after a few recent conversations with Andy I took advantage of the offer to have a comprehensive Japanese report produced. The report included history on all of the promised details along with photo's of the car going through the auction house, this will no doubt be an invaluable addition to the cars history and I'll have no hesitation whatsoever in using Andy and his team for my next JDM vehicle purchase, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Huge thanks to Baz & Andy for all their work in getting me a brilliant deal on my car from a dealer in Japan. These guys are brilliant, efficient, great value and the best customer service start to finish. I'd have no second thoughts about using BHP imports again, thanks guys ?
