Posted in a Facebook group that I was looking to buy some mugen pedals but couldn't actually find any. Baz messaged me and said he could import some from japan for me. I can only say that he did an absolutely amazing job. Got my original mugen pedals after very little time and the price was amazing too. I'm talking significantly lower than any shop online (and those couldn't actually get me a set), tracking code, good pictures of the pedals and everything provided within seconds. Baz is an absolute legend when it comes to customer support, this guy seriously understands what top notch customer service is. Whenever I had any questions or so he answered literally within seconds and always kept me up to date on my Pedals. One of the most hard working and honest guy that I have met in many many years. It doesn't get any better than this! Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to import a vehicle or looking to buy some rare japanese parts.

Right from the start Andy was open and honest about everything, informing me of the various points of importing a car and answered any questions I had. Throughout the process and transit of the car there were no hidden fees or extras added on without me knowing. Everything was exactly as he had explained to me when we first met and always stayed in contact. Andy imported my DC5 last year for me. The service that he provided was excellent from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and told him, his team then went and found it. He was in contact with me every step of the way and I loved hearing updates of where the teg was and what was being done. Andy takes care of everything and I've had so many comments about my car. If I was ever to import again then there is no doubt that I would choose him.
The best importer in the UK, the level of care is next to none. They will happily go out of their way to help you and that's rare in this line of work. I have an amazing car thanks to them and even though I'm at the other end of the country ill always use bhp imports.
