A dyno tested (Equal length 4-2-1+ Taper) Design. Taper design is adopted from feedback from both racing and dyno bench testing. Race type high flow junction. Each section of the manifold has optimized pipe lengths, diameters, and angles as well as high flow junctions. Made of light weight stainless steel for both durability and looks. Flange manufactured by high precision CNC machine. (exhaust port size is 38mm) In order to get the best performance, engine power, efficiency, this exclusive exhaust manifold design takes into consideration not only the special characteristics of VTEC B18C-R engine but also the results of an extensive dyno testing program.
Our 4-2-1 type now available as Ver.2 strengthened. The part of a racing look is removed by the strong request from the competition customers. It became simple structure. The reinforcement plates are added to each racing junction and a head plate to each pipe exit. A bench test (Equal length 4-2-1 + Taper) design. > 45mm > 50mm > 5mm > Taper > 60mm. Taper design is adopted from feedback from both racing and the bench testing.

Andy imported my DC5 last year for me. The service that he provided was excellent from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and told him, his team then went and found it. He was in contact with me every step of the way and I loved hearing updates of where the teg was and what was being done. Andy takes care of everything and I've had so many comments about my car. Whenever I had any questions or so he answered literally within seconds and always kept me up to date on my Pedals. One of the most hard working and honest guy that I have met in many many years. It doesn't get any better than this! Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to import a vehicle or looking to buy some rare japanese parts.
I used bhp imports after a few friends recommended them. After the first coversation it was clear this was the company to use andy/ baz knowledge of jdm cars is unreal. I was after something for a dailly so we decided the accord cl7 euro r would be the best choice. After a few weeks i had already won my car and was informed at every step of the way.
