Kakimoto Racing, also written as Kakimoto Kai, is a famous Japanese performance exhaust manufacturer. They’re best known for JDM exhaust systems, especially for Nissans, Toyotas, Hondas, Subarus, Mazdas, Mitsubishis, Suzukis and Daihatsus.
The company began in 1975, originally connected with street tuning and racing activity. Kakimoto’s history says the founder was a race driver and tuner who broke Suzuka Circuit records and became well known for L-series engine tuning.

I used bhp imports after a few friends recommended them. After the first coversation it was clear this was the company to use andy/ baz knowledge of jdm cars is unreal. I've imported 3 cars with BHP Cars now and every time they are in fantastic condition. The team in Japan know their stuff when it comes to the cars and Andys service once the car lands in the UK is second to none. Your car will be ready for the UK roads without having to worry about anything else (e.g undersealing, servicing, clock changes). People worry about importing a car from another country but in my experience I've had less complications with the cars than the UK ones. When it comes to buying another car I'll be heading straight back to BHP cars.

CL7 Accord Euro R. Andy and Baz kept me well informed throughout the process. Yes its a chore waiting, but unavoidable if you choose this route. It is worth it though. I got pretty much everything I asked for. This time last year it was going through the registration process, and the MOT is due in a couple of days. It sailed through today with no issues!!! Favourable comments received all around regarding the condition and cleanliness. 12 months on and I still very happy with the vehicle, and the service I received.
