Andy imported my DC5 last year for me. The service that he provided was excellent from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and told him, his team then went and found it. He was in contact with me every step of the way and I loved hearing updates of where the teg was and what was being done. Andy takes care of everything and I've had so many comments about my car. If I was ever to import again then there is no doubt that I would choose him.
Posted in a Facebook group that I was looking to buy some mugen pedals but couldn't actually find any. Baz messaged me and said he could import some from japan for me. I can only say that he did an absolutely amazing job. Got my original mugen pedals after very little time and the price was amazing too. I'm talking significantly lower than any shop online (and those couldn't actually get me a set), tracking code, good pictures of the pedals and everything provided within seconds. Baz is an absolute legend when it comes to customer support, this guy seriously understands what top notch customer service is. Whenever I had any questions or so he answered literally within seconds and always kept me up to date on my Pedals. One of the most hard working and honest guy that I have met in many many years. It doesn't get any better than this! Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to import a vehicle or looking to buy some rare japanese parts.
I imported a skyline through Andy @ BHP and found overall service to be effective and professional throughout. Answering any questions I had along the way. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of BHP Imports when I purchased my current car however after a few recent conversations with Andy I took advantage of the offer to have a comprehensive Japanese report produced. The report included history on all of the promised details along with photo's of the car going through the auction house, this will no doubt be an invaluable addition to the cars history and I'll have no hesitation whatsoever in using Andy and his team for my next JDM vehicle purchase, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
